Haberdashery
We stock a large range of haberdashery essentials suitable for everyday sewing and specialist projects. Our haberdashery selection includes hand needles, pins, bag accessories, patches, and menders, along with sewing machine needles and scissors.
Our range also includes premium Japanese scissors, providing quality tools for precise cutting. In addition, we carry over 1,000 tubes of buttons from trusted brands, as well as a wide variety of lace, ribbons, and braids.
Sewing Threads
Our thread selection covers a broad range of sewing needs, from general sewing through to more specialised applications. We stock sewing threads from well-known manufacturers, offering a variety of colours and finishes suitable for garment construction, quilting, and craft projects.
Threads are available to view in store, allowing customers to match colours and textures accurately for their projects.
Dressmaking Fabrics & Patterns
Dressmaking is a key focus at Morisset Fabrics and Crafts. We carry approximately 300 rolls of dress fabrics, including cottons, linens, polyester, elastane spandex, bamboo, viscose, poplin, rayon, lawn, and flannelette. Our fabrics are sourced from established suppliers, offering variety across fibre types and finishes. We provide options for garments and creative projects across a wide range of styles and skill levels.
Patchwork & Quilting Fabrics
Patchwork and quilting fabrics make up a significant part of our in-store range. We stock over 1,000 bolts of 100% cotton patchwork and quilting fabrics, along with 65 backing fabrics.
These fabrics are selected for quality and consistency, making them suitable for quilting projects of all sizes. Customers are welcome to browse our range in store to explore colourways, prints, and coordinating fabrics.
Wool, Knitting & Crochet
Our wool section includes a wide variety of yarns, with all colours stocked in Fiddlesticks Superb 8 and Superb 4. We also carry Superb Big, Tweed, Prints, and Fibra Natura, along with additional ranges including Sierra, Crypto, Cleckheaton Country, Cotton Blends, and Big Baby.
To support knitting and crochet projects, we have a dedicated wall of knitting needles, crochet hooks, and accessories, offering a broad selection of tools for different techniques and preferences.
Embroidery & Cross Stitch
We offer a comprehensive range of embroidery and cross stitch supplies. This includes the full range of DMC six-stranded cottons and tapestry wool displayed on spinners for easy colour selection.
Additional embroidery products include sashiko panels, Perle threads, cross stitch fabrics, Aida cloth, tapestries, and both printed and counted cross stitch kits.
Crafts
Morisset Fabrics and Crafts stocks a range of craft supplies suitable for a variety of creative projects. Our craft section includes materials used across embroidery, cross stitch, sewing, and decorative craft work.
